First, NOVA Wallet does not charge any seperate transaction fee. Second, Exceedingly sent funds are returned after verifying the transactions. Third, NOVA Wallet has a transaction history feature.

1st they charge a transaction fee.
2nd of 2 EOS sent, I received 0.2 for the account creation. Which were sent automatically to staking
3rd there is no transaction history on their wallet...
