What is ERC721 Validator? 0xcert ERC721 Validator is a straight-forward tool providing fast and reliable validation of smart contracts and non-fungible tokens compliance with the ERC721 standard.
When creating a smart contract, several security issues need to be considered beforehand, from phishing threats and consequences of Ethereum forking to discovering and fixing bugs.
The ERC721 standard provides secure coding practices, making smart contracts less prone to issues and bug risks.
In order to help developers verify if their smart contracts comply with the ERC721 standard as much as possible, 0xcert has developed the ERC721 Validator. It provides a simple and one-step overview of the results of a contract's compliance with the standard.
Both developers and token holders can check compliance with the ERC721 standard by simply running Basic validation, Token validation, or Transfer validation.
The Validator executes 27 tests of various features of the smart contract, tokens, and their transactions, among others:
- Does contract support ERC721Metadata.
- Owner of test token.
- Safetransfer to contract that cannot receive ERC721 token.
- etc.
By clicking on "Validate" button, the scoreboard appears providing results of the tests, based on the code of the smart contract or token. The provided feedback provides a much easier understanding and discovery of the issues.

Social Signal is a new metric that reflects the general popularity of the crypto community
in a
certain project. A project with a higher Social Singal has captured more interest in the
social
network. The Social Signal updates once every 3 days.
